Favourite pasta
I was just wondering what everyone's favourite pasta is? I am not asking after the sauce (so please don't put spaghetti bolognese), just the pasta.
Mine would have to be either beef ravioli or linguine, I love the longer strand stuff

Either ravioli, or angel hair spaghetti.

My personal favourite pasta is fusilli, because I love the shape and texture of it. I also like to experiment with different sauces and toppings for fusilli, such as cheese, mushrooms, spinach, or chicken. What about you? What is your favourite pasta and why?
