getting chubby :(
due to sitting in a chair at my job all day, and drinking liters upon gallons of delicious orange juice, and sitting in my chair at my home all day. Hopefully I get a bit more of an active job this summer. Just wanted to vent about letting myself go :(
Step 1: Purchase pre-workout supplements / drinks (They help get you motivated)
Step 2: Get a friend to help you get motivated to go to the gym, and vice versa. Help eachother out.
Step 3: Work out with your friend 3-7 times a week!
