Pre Workout Protein
Research shows that taking high protein before workouts is a good choice to boost up the fat burning process during workouts and make them more effective and productive. Good time is to use protein one hour before workouts. Protein is good to build up muscles quickly. Similarly drinking more water increase the metabolism and make the workouts more effective by boosting up the fat burning process.
I am agree with you but if you wanna build muscles and body than you should take protein after you workout.. i suggest you to try protein shakes
